Before your visit
Prior authorization
Many plans require approval before MRI and CT. Your ordering doctor’s office usually requests it.
Bring your card
Bring your current insurance card and photo ID. We may ask for a copy of the front and back.

Depending on your plan, you may owe a copay, coinsurance or part of your deductible. We are happy to explain.
